Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Hospitality Plate Co., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Hospitality Plate Co. provides hotel restaurant marketing services including:

• Digital marketing strategy and consultation
• Website development and optimization
• Google Ads and Meta Ads management
• SEO and local search optimization
• Review management and reputation building
• Revenue optimization consulting

Service Packages and Pricing

We offer three main service packages:

• Foundation Package: €1,200/year - Basic digital presence setup
• Growth Package: €1,200/year + €2,000 setup - Complete marketing solution
• Full Service Package: From €375/month + Growth package + €2,000 setup - Ongoing management

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Setup fees are due upon project initiation
• Annual fees are billed annually in advance
• Monthly fees are billed monthly in advance
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Service Delivery

We commit to:

• Delivering services within agreed timelines
• Providing regular performance reports
• Maintaining professional communication standards
• Following industry best practices
• Providing ongoing support and consultation

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Responding to requests for information in a timely manner
• Providing feedback and approval for deliverables
• Maintaining their business operations and quality standards
• Ensuring compliance with local business regulations

Performance Guarantee

We offer a 90-day revenue guarantee: if you don't see measurable results within 90 days, we'll continue working at no additional cost until you do. This guarantee applies to the Full Service Package.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice:

• Annual subscriptions: 60 days written notice after first 12 months
• Monthly plans: 60 days written notice
• Immediate termination for breach of terms

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our proprietary methods, tools, and processes. Clients own the content and assets created specifically for their business.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and business strategies. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Athens, Greece.
